A series of family yoga workshops following the wheel of the year, 

an opportunity for adults and children to connect with the seasons, weaving nature-themed yoga poses (like flowers, trees, or animals), breathwork, creative storytelling as a guided relaxation to foster family bonding and connection to the season's growth and balance. 

These workshops often feature themes of shedding winter's heaviness, welcoming light, and planting seeds for the future, using movement, music, and mindfulness to energize and ground participants for the warmer months. We end the session singing and celebrating nature gifts and chant for a peaceful world.

 Gentle movement journey with seasonal games and songs, inviting new beginnings, with the return of light, the Earth's awakening, and the promise of new life. The session ends with storytelling, chants and mantras.

Energy healing was a huge piece of the puzzle for my healing from a severe brain impairment, with an array of unusual symptoms as well as anxiety and depression. Along side - meditation, deep breathwork & neuroplasticity brain re-wiring tools - I recommend them all :)

Energy healing can Quantum leap one’s healing and improving all aspects of ones life.

I practice traditional Japanese Reiki energy healing (Reiki Master Level) & my Annie-fied version is with a bit of Quantum Physics thrown in - that I connect to the possibility, to the frequency, of your healing in the Quantum Field. I also connect with healing beings and angels who take part in your healing.

I am a psychic healer & with your permission I read the information of your energetic field (aka aura) to find your energetic / emotional blocks (also ancestral, past life/parallel dimensional life/s) that need releasing!

I am intuitively guided to channel Divine life force Reiki energy to you. This energy works with you, for you, to release energetic blocks and heal yourself.

Yoga is much more than exercise. It is philosophy, it is a way to live, it is political and it is also of great energetic resource and support; for you and for your community.

In the yogic tradition your Dharma (purpose) isn't a choice - it's what you are here for. It guides you in strength, compassion and dignity through life (and its battles), which doesn't mean it's always the easy or simple route to go but when we accept our Dharma, things can really open for us. If you want to develop an arrow-like focus on the small, daily actions you can take to stay mentally well and energetically resourced, while also affecting change in our communities and living a life of joy, then yoga might just hold the answers.

If you are feeling stuck, immobilised and want to remember and embody your own agency, power and compassion then this workshop is for you.

This 2.5 hour session with Holly Sutcliffe - teacher, somatic therapist and devotee of the Divine Mother - is in direct response to the oppression we witness in the world today and the way that impacts us individually and collectively. Holly will weave yogic philosophy together with the modern lived experience of white supremacy, oppression and privilege (informed by Michelle Cassandra Johnson's 'Skill in Action', her teacher Leila Sadeghee and the anti-racism work of Nova Reid). They will share the story of the Bhagavad Gita and how Arjuna's tale relates to modern life and guide you through a series of embodied activities to start illuminating your own Dharma (purpose).

The workshop will culminate with an embodied, joyful, yoga asana practice to cultivate strength and awareness of your Dharma in the body, to prepare you to step off the mat with purpose and clarity.

You’re welcome to our immersive training for women who desire to hold inspiring and sacred circles, that offer deep connection and healing to their communities.

Over 2 weekends in person (+ online sessions), experience a range of women’s circles and explore an advanced toolkit of space holding and facilitation skills, rituals, holistic practices and cyclical living ideas, techniques and wisdom, so that you can confidently develop your own unique circle offering.

Alongside developing the craft of creating your own circles for your community…experience the personal insights and sense of sisterhood that circle has the potential to expand.

Whether you’re new to circle and facilitation or experienced in your field…this training offers an opportunity to expand both personally and professionally in a warm community of women. Reconnect with this ancient tradition in modern times, to live your part in a global movement for change.

We are tactile creatures. A lack of touch over the past two years of isolation and repeated lockdowns has had a profound effect.

Touch is a powerful tool. A mindful adjustment, or the right assist, can deeply transform the experience, and the understanding, of a Yoga posture for the practitioner.

We will follow the bio-mechanical and energetic aspects of the body in both static postures and dynamic transitions from posture to posture. This day course is designed to allow you to safely, mindfully and confidently help your students to move deeper in their practice with the right kind of adjustments in the right situations.

This day course is designed for teachers, but is suitable for regular practitioners who wish to understand and evolve their ability to help others in their practice through touch.

This transformative experience combines the power of conscious, connected breathwork with the healing vibrations of the gong. Held in a supportive and gently guided space, this session will take you on a journey through the body, beyond the mind, and into the deep intelligence of your inner world.

🌀 What to Expect

Opening circle – grounding, intention-setting, and gentle arrival into the space

Conscious connected breathwork journey – safely held space for emotional release, nervous system reset, and embodied awakening

Immersive gong bath – enter deep rest, integration, and vibrational recalibration

Closing sharing circle – an optional space for expression, reflection, and connection

No previous experience is needed – just come as you are. Wear comfy clothes, bring a journal, a water bottle, and an open heart ready to receive.

Please refrain from eating anything heavy up to 1.5 hours before the session. This style of breathwork is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant. ⸻

Yoga will be slow and focused on the breath to bring awareness to the body in preparation for the sound bath.

Katya will lead you through a meditation & asana practice based on an ancient yogic text.

Afterwards we will eat and drink together.

Katya will lead a discussion on further philosophical musings that she’s been reading up on over the past months.
