Compassion Circle is a community space for cultivating kindfulness - the practice of bringing mindfulness and kindness together - as we meet ourselves and extend that warmth outward.
We live in a world that often asks us to keep going, keep producing, keep pushing. But how often do we pause to turn toward ourselves with warmth? To soften the inner critic, to listen beneath the noise, to meet our own hearts with care?
Each circle is unique, but all create space to gently resource and reconnect - not to fix or transcend, but to be with what arises.
Sessions may include:
Opening the circle for community connection
Guided breathwork and mindfulness practices
Compassion-focused practices - meditations, visualisation, yoga nidra, body-based practices
Gentle movement or somatic exploration
Closing ritual
Tea and snacks will be offered after the session.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, whether you're soothing the inner critic or navigating seasonal blues, you'll be held in a shared space that honours safety, curiosity, and kindness. No experience needed - just come as you are. Everyone welcome.
