Margate Women’s Circle
A warm and welcoming space for women to gather, slow down, connect, and come exactly as they are.
You don’t need any experience of women’s circles, movement, sharing spaces, or meditation to join. This circle is open to women who are completely new to this kind of gathering, as well as those who have sat in circle many times before.
We’ll begin gently, with a warm cuppa and time to arrive. From there, Clare will guide simple grounding practices to help us soften into the space — this may include gentle movement, relaxation, somatic practices, meditation, sharing, voice work, embodiment dance, or a simple release ritual.
There is no pressure to do or say anything you don’t want to. You are invited to participate in the way that feels right for you.
Clare has been holding women’s circles for 12 years and continues to be moved by the heart-connection, belonging, and support that can grow between women, even when arriving as strangers.
In a world that can often feel overwhelming, this is a space to pause, be welcomed, feel held, and remember that you are not alone.
