Meditation & Yoga: focused on the breath to bring awareness to the body in preparation for the sound bath.
The floor is concrete so we invite you to bring comfort:
mat
blankets, one or two
cushions / eye pillow
jumpers & warm things
*Let us know if you need to borrow a mat, blanket or bolster.
