A series of sonic rituals with an elemental pulse.
Weaving nature-inspired soundscapes with live healing tones to create a sound tapestry that helps us commune with our elemental bodies. From grounding earth to flowing water, energising fire to playful air - using sound and meditation techniques we’ll explore how each element lives inside of us and how we can use sound as a powerful tool to retune into our natural way of being.
EARTH -- Friday 4th July Blending the primal beats of drums, rattles and deep voicework, this full-bodied sound immersion is designed to deeply ground and connect you to the earth’s resonance.
FIRE -- Friday 18th July Ignite and revitalise your energy with sounds forged in flames on a sonic exploration of the fiery element. Bowls and gongs will leave you aglow with positive vibrations.
AIR -- Friday 8th August Tip-toe through your imagination with a heartful sonic meditation of chimes, harp, and clearing voice. Light breathwork and serene tones will leave you floating out of the studio.
WATER -- Friday 22nd August Dive down into your emotional body as we sonically sail inwards. Seascapes, rainfall and flowing frequencies will provide the soundtrack as you’re bathed in waves of healing notes.
