From 6 weeks postnatal, ease your way back into reconnecting with your body, using movement, balance and relaxation in a safe environment to heal, repair and talk about their experiences of birth and as a new mum. Babies are also welcome. Suitable for all abilities.

This calms our nervous system, revitalises depleted prana, nourishes meridians and we attune to our bodies sensitivities, responding better to internal signals. Suitable for all abilities.  Postnatal yoginis are welcome 6 weeks after giving birth or 8 weeks if you had a caesarean birth.

•SMASH HIIT•  HIIT, or high-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This will be followed by full body conditioning incorporating TRX suspension trainer and weights/kettlebells. A class for all abilities as levels will be given. MEGA tunes each week.
