A gentle, somatic evening practice for facial release, nervous system rest and deep settling.
Resting Dream Face is a slow, nervous-system-led experience focused on softening held tension in the face, jaw, neck and shoulders — not aesthetics or “fixing.” Through simple touch, breath awareness and guided rest (often weaving in yoga nidra), the body is supported to unwind mental and physical overload and return to a state of ease.
Many of us carry unconscious tension in the face and jaw, especially under stress.
When these areas soften, the nervous system receives a powerful signal of safety.
The session may include:
- Gentle facial and neck release
- Jaw, neck and shoulder unwinding
- Breath and somatic awareness
- Guided rest (yoga nidra)
There may also be optional elements of tapping, journaling or quiet reflection, always offered gently and without pressure.
