Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and deeply nourishing practice that combines movement, breath, sound and stillness to support both physical vitality and mental clarity.
Laura Jean (Satya Manjeet) will lead this introductory workshop, offering a gentle, accessible way to experience the practice, with space to understand its foundations and how it works on the nervous system.
Expect simple sequences, guided breathwork, mantra, and moments of rest, all designed to help you feel more balanced, present and restored.
Afterwards, we’ll gather to share a two-course vegetarian dinner prepared by local Margate chef Sara Ratcliffe, whose intuitive, heart-led cooking brings creativity and warmth to the table. The menu will embrace sattvic and rajasic foods, reflecting the kundalini diet philosophy.
No previous experience is needed — this workshop is open to all.
