Join us this Summer Solstice for a meditation session within the actual Altar Chamber of the Shell Grotto! Featuring two 30-minute sessions led by experienced teachers from Margate Yoga Studio, surround yourself in the mystery and stillness of this historic underground sanctuary, as you're guided through practices designed to ground your mind and open your heart.
Each session offers a unique approach to inner peace, allowing you to reconnect with yourself in a truly magical setting. Mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided, with chairs available for those unable to sit on the ground (please message beforehand whether you require a chair).
All levels are welcome. Limited spaces available!
